چکیده

selective release of inflammatory materials from lysosomes of human peripheral blood polyrnorphonuclear leukocytes is reduced by compounds that increase cyclic AMP and is augmented by agents that increase cyclic GMP concentrations in the cells. In addition, the results indicate that impairment of mlcrotubule integrity reduces selective release of lysosomal enzymes whereas compounds that favor microtubule assembly enhance enzyme release. Mechanisms of Lysosomal Enzyme Release from Human Leukocytes

Selective release of inflammatory materials from leukocyte lysosomes is reduced by compounds which increase cyclic 3',5'-adenosine monophosphate (cAMP) levels in suspensions of human leukocytes and is augmented by agents which increase cyclic 3',5'-guanosine monophosphate (cGMP) levels in these cell suspensions. Lysosomal enzymes are released in the absence of phagocytosis when cytochalasin B (...

Mechanisms of lysosomal enzyme release from human leukocytes: microtubule assembly and membrane fusion induced by a component of complement.

A low-molecular-weight component of complement, similar to or identical with human C5a, interacts with human polymorphonuclear leukocytes treated with cytochalasin B and provokes extracellular release of lysosomal enzymes from these cells. Enzyme release occurs in the absence of particles and is selective in that it is not accompained by release of cytoplasmic enzymes. Cell viability is not alt...

بررسی اثر آگونیست -آدرنرژیکی ایزوپروترنول بر بیان miR-886-3p و miR-23a در سلولهای بنیادی مزانشیمی مغز استخوان انسان

Background and Objective: Mobilization of Hematopoietic Stem Cells (HSCs) for transplantation and the importance of -adrenergic signals in induction of this process have been well investigated. However, little is known about the role of -adrenergic signals in mobilization of HSCs and factors influenced by these signals. The Chemokine Stromal Derived Factor -1 (SDF-1) which is expressed by hum...
